Chris's entrepreneurial spirit ignited at a young age, propelling him to cultivate and sell exotic seeds in his teens. Progressing into retail and wholesale, he established a chain of department stores and brokered deals with industry giants. Leading International Armoring Corporation, Chris facilitated global expansion, showcasing his leadership and linguistic talents. In 2002, he transitioned into development, founding Leading Tech. Chris has been intimately involved on EACH and EVERY of the 350+ properties LTD has developed and constructed. Chris's hands-on approach extends from site selection to construction. Amidst his busy schedule, he cherishes family moments and pursuing his passion for classic cars.

Ryan joined the Leading Tech Development team in 2014 on a full-time basis. Having spent several summers with us prior, he brings a wealth of experience in development and hands-on construction. From his early days on the excavation crew to his current role as a licensed attorney specializing in Land Use Law and Lease Negotiation, Ryan is an indispensable asset to our team. He oversees all legal aspects of Leading Tech, including lease negotiation, contracts, and financing, while also managing day-to-day business operations and human resources. Outside of work, Ryan loves spending time with his family, enjoys waterskiing, tending to yardwork, and indulging his passion for classic cars with his father.

Katrina's journey with Leading Tech Development began in 2007, leveraging her background in banking and legal support. With advanced computer skills and expertise in QuickBooks, she adeptly manages all financial aspects, ensuring compliance with governmental reporting requirements. Katrina's organizational prowess is unmatched, keeping operations streamlined and efficient. Additionally, she oversees property management, accounting, collections, and serves as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, delivering timely construction reports and managing HR files.

Mike joined Leading Tech Development in January of 2020 to spearhead our Tenant Improvement division's growth. Within a year, he elevated the division's output from 2-3 projects annually to an impressive tally of over 10 completed projects. Mike currently leads out on many of our development project and has become an indispensable asset to LTD. Mike's client-centric approach and keen understanding of their needs have been instrumental in driving satisfaction. Mike enjoys wakeboarding and vacationing with his beautiful family. He also enjoys being a roadie for his wife's band (The National Parks Band...look them up!).
